The JD is as follows:
1) Process compliance is maintained and managed for ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 20000-1.
2) Secondary support for ISO 27001 – ISMS.
3) Responsible & Controller for “Document Managementâ€
4) Conduct Internal Audits & facilitate Surveillance Audits as per business & as per standards & drive to closure on NCs & RCs (Non-Compliance Issues & Recommendations
1. Manage ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 20000-1 Certification requirements for IDC.
a. Implement & Monitor Existing ISO Process Standards.
b. Conduct various workshops for managing compliance awareness with all departments of IDC.
c. Review documents and direct suggestions to teams for corrective measures and systematic improvement on maintaining and managing standards.
d. Perform Internal Audits as per business requirements and ISO standards.
e. Follow-up on NC (Non-Compliance) for closure and the input is made part of “Lessons Learntâ€
f. Plan & facilitate for External Audits timely with the certifying board.
g. Analyze and provide process improvements along with road-map to Management.
2. Will contribute to ISO 27001 – ISMS.
